Children at Risk
Pastoral do Menor - 3AO supports the Pastoral do Menor, a Brazilian nonprofit organization working with youth at risk. 3AO is particularly interested in creating social capital for disenfranchised youth in Santarém by helping the Pastoral create a series of after school programs including athletic, music, dance, drama, and fine art programs. The programs will focus on building self esteem, providing role models, facilitating positive peer interaction, and building community networks for youth.
